About Me
I recently graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and concentration in Software Engineering. However, my passion for software development extends far past my formal education, as I have been coding personal projects since middle school.
With 7 months of internship experience, I am currently looking for junior developer positions in the Nashville area post-graduation. In particular, I am looking for backend software engineering positions. If you have any full-time opportunities, please reach out to me!
Current Skills
My degree focused primarily on Java and C#, and I feel confident in my ability to write quality code in both of them. For example, I recently developed a comprehensive Library Management System in C# using the WPF .NET Framework and a MySQL database. You can find this project and much more on my Github linked below.
However, I also am familiar with other languages and frameworks such as Python, Django, C++, JavaScript, ReactJS, and more. Having a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals allows me to pick up new tools and technologies quickly on an as-needed basis. Lately, I've been particularly focused on improving my abilities in ReactJS and Django.
